    Gymnastic is the mother of all other games and sports. It helps to develop all physical fitness components like muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardio endurance. It also develops balance , agility, coordination, power, reaction time , speed ,grace and most importantly self-confidence. Gymnastics also helps to learn social skills.

Of course not all forms of conditioning are applicable to all events and selecting both the right types of training and the most specific exercises is an important, energy-conserving principle.

    Kabaddi
    Kabaddi is a team sport which is played on soil ground or mat. Kabaddi teaches endurance and also improves concentration power. It also teaches us how to improve our collective co-ordination with our teammates because a successful tackle in kabaddi requires a great timing and support by the defenders as well as the raiders of the team. Therefore this sport teaches us some important life skills which are very important in our life as well as in this sport to become successful.

    Kho kho
    Kho kho is a traditional Indian sport that dates back to ancient India.Kho kho is played on a rectangular court with a central lane connecting two poles which are at either end of the court. This game develops leadership qualities, handling pressure, better collaboration and understanding. It helps to develop and increase stamina .Antagonism is the characteristic of Kho-Kho player as it is required in a match to act strong against the opponents in a bold manner with gutsy attitude.

    Mass PT
    Mass PT is conducted twice a week on our school ground.The aim of Mass PT is to develop coordination,discipline ,showcase talent through drills.It is a representation of uniqueness of school houses. It is a presentation of unity and demonstration increases interest of students and persuaded them to adapt recommended practices.
