Storytelling Competition
Storytelling is a social and cultural activity of sharing stories with improvisation & theatrics. Storytelling increases children's
willingness to communicate thoughts and feelings. To build up confidence in the children to speak in front of a crowd a storytelling
competition was organised for the students of the Pre-primary section of SMM High School & JR. College, Thane. Storytelling develops
children's imagination, stimulates curiosity amongst them and increases verbal proficiency. The hard work and dedication of
students were evident in every performance. All participants were given snacks & the winners were honoured with prizes and certificates which encouraged the students.
