Night Stay
Spending a night in school can be a unique and memorable experience for students. Students bond over shared snacks and late-night conversations. The students of Pre-Primary Section of SMM High School & JR. College were filled with enthusiasm as their parents dropped them off at the school for the night stay which was arranged on Friday, 7th February 2025. Students played some games with Headmistress, teachers and aunties. They also played games around a campfire. The teachers took care of the children like their mothers. The purpose of the night stay at school was to make the children self-independent. Children should learn to do their daily tasks on their own, such as brushing their teeth, making their bed, and combing their hair. They also had to take care of their belongings, like their comb, toothbrush, bedsheet etc. The tasks that their mothers usually do at home, they did it by themselves here and also helped their friends. Next day in the morning, When their parents came to pick them up, they were sad to leave their friends. Ultimately, the experience fostered lasting memories and strengthened the sense of community within them.
