Mana Shakti Session
SMM High School & J.R.College under the guidance of Secondary Section Headmaster Mr. Roshan Wagh organized an enlightening session for the students of Std. VIII to X conducted by the *Mana Shakti Research Centre, Lonavala.Secondary Section Teachers attended the session The program was led by Suvarn Ransubhe along with her dedicated team, Mr . Deepak Mayekar and Mr. Samarth Barshetti The speaker Suvarn Ransubhe shared valuable guidance on leading a balanced and stress-free student life. The speaker she emphasized that true success lies not only in academic achievement but also in building confidence, discipline, and a positive mind set. She introduced practical ways to manage exam stress, set clear goals, and stay motivated while maintaining emotional well-being.
