Independence Day Activities
On the occasion of Independence Day, SMM High School & JR College from Std VI to IX organized various activities to inspire patriotism and honor the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. Students actively participated in a Slogan Writing Competition, expressing their love for the nation through powerful and creative words. A Patriotic Group Song Competition filled the atmosphere with enthusiasm and unity. An Essay Writing Competition was also held on the topic “Women’s Role in the Freedom Struggle and Freedom Fighters”, where students highlighted the courage and contribution of great leaders like Rani Lakshmibai, Sarojini Naidu, Kasturba Gandhi, and others. These activities not only celebrated the spirit of freedom but also deepened the students’ understanding of India’s glorious history.
